As part of the development of its activities, ORK COMPANY is looking for an administrative assistant and Accountant.

MISSIONS

 

1) PERFORM SECRETARIAT TASKS

 – Receive, process and archive letters;

 – Ensure the typing of correspondence and various necessary documents, and carry out the usual secretarial work (photocopies, archiving, etc.);

 – Transmit and/or filter telephone communications;

 – Greet the public at the company’s headquarters or on the telephone;

 – Ensure permanent online and offline monitoring in order to unearth new national public markets;

– Ensure and supervise the preparation and monitoring of tender files;

– Ensure human resources management (salary processing, social declarations, etc.)

 

2) ENSURE SIMPLE ACCOUNTING TASKS

 Ensure accounting records;

– Ensure the management of purchase orders and delivery (editing/monitoring);

– Ensure the management of customer and supplier invoices;

– Manage relationships with the company’s suppliers and partners;

– Check and classify the parts and documents necessary for entering accounting data;

 – Ensure the daily accounting of the company (recording of expenses and revenues)

– Maintain bank reconciliation statements up to date;

– Make tax declarations.

 

3) PERFORM OTHER MISCELLANEOUS TASKS

– Assist with budget preparation and closing of accounts;

– Attend tender counting sessions;

– Manage any other task entrusted to him in the exercise of his duties.

 

 

SKILLS

 

–        Excellent command of office and accounting tools;

–        Experience in administrative and accounting management;

–        Sense of a job well done, punctuality, rigor, teamwork, sociable;

–        Writing skills and excellent spelling;

–        Experience desired in putting together tender documents;

–        Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position;

–        Work under pressure;

–        Discretion and sense of confidentiality;

–        Respect of deadlines.

 

 

PROFILE

 

–        M/F between 21 and 30 years old;

–        Holder of a BTS/license in accounting, human resources or any other similar discipline;

–        You demonstrate tenacity and dynamism;

–        You also know how to demonstrate autonomy and persuasiveness;

–        You will evolve in a young but demanding environment where good interpersonal skills will be essential;

–        Organized, rigorous, you have a real sense of service;

–        Immediately available.
