The position of Corporate Client Officer is open within the Large Enterprises Department of Crédit Communautaire d’Afrique Bank SA .

Assignment

Under the supervision of the Director of Large Companies, the incumbent will be responsible for: Developing the customer portfolio of large companies according to the strategic orientations set out by General Management, advising, managing and retaining it; maximize profits by marketing banking and/or financial products, services.

Profile

  • Hold a 1/2 Master’s degree and/or minimum Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Commerce, Private Law, Marketing, etc….
  • Have professional experience of at least 04 years in the field of banking in a position of Customer Manager, Credit or Risk Analyst;
  • Be perfectly bilingual.

He/She must have

Technical skills

  • Knowledge of commercial negotiation and accounting principles;
  • Knowledge of financial analysis;
  • Knowledge of banking techniques and administrative procedures;
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange regulations;
  • Ability to assess and analyze risks (legal, tax aspects, etc.);
  • Communication and writing skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Detect the characteristics and opportunities of the portfolio of large companies;
  • Develop commercial relationships by carrying out visits according to the hierarchy’s schedule;
  • Monitor and develop relationships with customers;
  • Prepare customer credit files to transfer to the credit committee;
  • Take guarantees and monitor their registrations, evaluate them annually and monitor credit arrangements;
  • Maintain a high level of service quality for the existing portfolio through in-depth knowledge of their activities;
  • Monitor and control risks on portfolio commitments;
  • Proceed with the opening of major accounts;
  • Write visit/interview/prospecting/evaluation reports;
