WACHOU & Associates Ltd, a criminal investigation firm based in Yaoundé, Cameroon, is seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Director (CFO) to strengthen its team.
_CONTEXT_
Our client, a company involved in insurance brokerage and a public limited company (SA) with the aim of acquiring stakes in newly created subsidiaries, wishes to recruit an Administrative and Financial Director to manage the company’s administrative and financial functions.
_MISSIONS_
The Administrative and Financial Director will be responsible for:
– Managing the company’s administrative and financial functions
– Preparing and monitoring the budget
– Managing human resources and payroll
– Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions
– Ensuring tax and regulatory compliance
– Providing financial analyses and strategic recommendations
_REQUIRED PROFILE_
– Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or equivalent;
– At least 5 years of experience in administrative and financial management;
– Knowledge of accounting standards and current regulations;
– Project management and leadership skills;
– Fluency in English and French
