MAIN MISSION:
HR Administrative Assistant
Deadline: March 10, 2026
Location: Yaoundé
Ensures the smooth administrative, organizational, and logistical functioning of the company’s General Management. Directly assists the General Manager in the daily management of activities, internal coordination, document management, and administrative communication.
ACTIVITIES
• Provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to the General Management, including managing schedules, communications, travel, and meetings, as well as monitoring files and managing projects
• Recruitment: monitoring integration
• Employee relations: communicating with relevant bodies (CNPS, Labor Inspectorate), managing legal and social obligations
• Updating the General Management’s document databases


• Personnel administration: creating, monitoring, and archiving employee files, managing contracts
• Payroll management: processing payroll, preparing payslips, proficiency in Sage Payroll, processing social and tax declarations
• Expatriate management: visas, work permits, administrative support, and integration
• Occupational health and safety: monitoring legal obligations, actively participating in safety committees
• Preparing periodic administrative reports
PROFILE
• Higher education in Administration, HR Management, or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in human resources management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office •
Ability to draft legal documents
Good command of social and labor law
• Versatility and ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and different stakeholders • Sense of organization and discretion
