Position: A TRANSIT AGENT
Number of positions: 1
Profile
– Associate’s degree (DUT or BTS) in Logistics and Transport / Commerce or Management – Minimum three (3) years of experience in the transit field – Knowledge of the supply and transit process
– Good command of customs procedures
– Mastery of Incoterms and international trade
– Knowledge of general merchandise and automotive products
– Proficiency with computer tools “Office Suite, SAGE, NAVISION”
Responsibilities
– Operational monitoring of SGS
– Monitoring of customs clearance and order delivery operations – Monitoring of PECAE (
Electronic Document Processing) – Electronic production of documents on the E-GUCE portal – Calculation of cost prices and computer entry of the
accounting route
– Transmission of required documents for payment to foreign suppliers
– Maintaining up-to-date files of local and foreign suppliers – Ensuring compliant maintenance of transit files and the Transit Journal
– Monitoring and management of archives
