Main mission
– Guarantee of regulatory
and ethical compliance of the bank’s activities
• Legal advice to operational departments: ⚫ Legal security and monitoring of
the bank’s activities and commitments;
• Handling of account incidents:
Contract administration (design, review and monitoring): Guarantee management:
• Defense and representation of the bank before
the courts (interaction with legal service providers and representation of the bank where applicable)
Desired experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in a firm
Prerequisites:
-BAC +4/5 in business law, Fundamental private law, Public law
Qualities sought:
• You demonstrate rigor, adaptation, great writing skills, composure, listening skills, integrity and are proactive. You have good organizational skills. You have great interpersonal and human qualities, real analytical skills and you are responsive to implementing actions. You have a sense of negotiation as well as a spirit of initiative, analysis and synthesis. You are performance-oriented.
• Mastery of professional English and computer tools are essential.
• Good command of Amplitude software is essential
