Location: Douala (Ndokoti) — Permanent contract (after a 3-month trial period)
Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Mon-Fri) + Saturday morning (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

SmartWork Coworking is looking for its Business Developer & Community Manager. Reporting to the Manager, you will be the face of the space in the afternoon and responsible for business growth: prospecting, conversions, community engagement and booking management.

Key missions:

Boost space occupancy (60% of the time);
Managing our networks (WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter) and organizing events (30%);
Supervise quality of service & daily closing (10%).
Profile: A seasoned sales professional with a hunter’s mentality, you have a complete mastery of the sales cycle, from active prospecting to rigorous customer follow-up. Passionate about the digital world, you skillfully use social media (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and tools like Canva or a CRM to transform every interaction into a business opportunity. Your mission is simple: dominate the online space by combining persuasive skills with mastery of modern tools.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business/marketing, minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales/hospitality/business center. Fluent French (English an asset). Proficient in WhatsApp Business and office software.

Compensation: competitive fixed salary + attractive commission (details in interview).
