Mission description
4DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Start up the machines every morning
• Develop a preventive maintenance and routine maintenance program for the machines according to the manufacturer’s instructions and ensure its application.
• Prepare the machine inspection sheets to be completed each morning during start-up.
• Initiate and propose emergency technical solutions to avoid machine downtime.
• Determine spare parts requirements and place orders on time.
• Set up a spare parts inventory monitoring system (Inputs – outputs – balances).
• Ensure the proper use of PDRs and draw up an inventory every 4 months with a report to be sent to the Manager.
• Report the operating hours of the machines on day 1 to the Manager every morning.
• Report the actual situation of the machines at SMN on day 1 to the Manager every morning.
• Supervise the diesel and lubricant refueling operations every morning.

• Send the diesel and lubricant consumption reports to the head office accounting department at the end of each month.
• Supervise the handling of exceptional packages (fixing and removing straps, slings and shackles).
• Ensure the cleanliness of the garage and the machines.
• Keep the history of the various interventions and machine revisions up to date.
• Establish and ensure compliance with service rules and the safety of equipment and personnel.
• Carry out all other tasks assigned by management.
Profile
• Basic training: BAC + 02 in automotive mechanics.
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the maintenance of special equipment.
