In order to perpetuate our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dynamic and bubbly Cashier to fill our workforce in the city of Yaoundé.
Classified in category 7 and attached to the Administrative and Financial Manager of the Yaoundé Agency, your main missions will be to control and verify means of payment, ensure the remittance of funds, checks and enter accounting entries.
Job responsibilities:
Processing cash collection and disbursement operations:
Collect customer invoices
Pay provisional vouchers
Settle staff travel expenses
Reimburse staff medical expenses
Pay various suppliers
Entry and transmission of cash vouchers:
Enter invoices and various cash voucher issues
Prepare and send check deposit slips to the bank
Send all invoices accompanied by cash receipts to accounting
Send the daily cash register statement to the Administrative & Financial Manager for validation
Cash management:
Make deposits of funds to the bank
Keep the cash book up to date
Check cash vouchers and classify the fog
Print the ticketing after daily cash closure
Participate in the weekly cash register control
In line with the company culture, the Cashier must be a guarantor and ambassador of compliance with the Anzen, Kaizen and COCE principles.
Desired profile:
As a Cashier, you play an important role in the daily satisfaction of our customers.
To this end, we are looking for a profile with at least a BAC+2 in management sciences, accounting finance or any other related discipline. You must have at least 02 years of professional experience in this position.
The expected technical skills are:
Good knowledge of General Accounting
Knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and business software
Knowledge of customer relationship management
