Position: Credit Manager
Location: Yaoundé and Douala branches

Main missions:
Working under the direct responsibility of the Head of Credit and Collection Department, the credit manager’s mission is to advise, guide and monitor customers in the management of their assets. In this capacity, he is responsible for:
– Prospecting and selecting customers in different market segments;
– Assisting and supporting customers in defining and achieving their objectives;
– Assisting customers in carrying out their projects; –
Studying and finalizing the opening of commercial accounts;
– Analyzing credit files;
– Following up and visiting committed customers;
– Continuously managing a customer portfolio.
Desired profile:
– Be 30 years old at most;
– Hold an academic degree in economics or management; or a BTS in commercial action and/or a professional license in marketing, commerce, sales; or a BTS in commerce and distribution and/or a professional license in commerce and distribution; or a license in economic and financial engineering;
– Master the computer tool and have good writing skills;
– Master commercial techniques;
– Have a minimum of one year of professional experience in the field;
– Hold a driving license and know how to drive;
– Have good communication and contact skills;
– Being bilingual (French and English) will be an asset for the candidate;
