As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our team as a Customer Account Manager.

Job description : The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts on the Techsoft SMS platform. You will be the main point of contact for our customers and you will ensure their satisfaction by addressing their concerns and helping them use our services optimally.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and monitor customer accounts on the Techsoft SMS platform.
  • Respond to customer concerns and questions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Check customer activity on the platform and provide them with recommendations to improve their use of the service.
  • Encourage customers to top up their accounts more often by offering tailored offers and promotions.
  • Notify customers when their SMS balance is low or zero and offer them solutions to avoid any service interruption.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues and improve the services offered.

Required profile :

  • Bac +2 minimum in management, commerce, communication or equivalent field.
  • Experience in customer account management or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize customer requests.
  • Ability to work independently while being a good team player.
  • Mastery of IT tools and online platforms.
  • Knowledge of the SMS industry and communications technologies is an asset.
