The Cameroon Baptist Convention (CBC) Health Services in partnership with UNFPA is seeking highly qualified and experienced midwives to provide comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRHH) services including Gender Based Violence {G3V) responsibility and prevention served to earn and girls in crisis -affected areas of the Northwest and Southwest Regions of Cemeroon
Job Summary:
Integrated into health fæilities sensing Internally Displaced Persons. Returnees and Host Communities and under the supervision Of the District Health Service (DS). the midw•ivos and mothers have responsibilities, Their tass include strengthening reproductive health services – covering family planning. focused antenatal care (including PMTCT), childbirth, emergency obstetric and neonatal care, postnatal care aid GBV case management. They deliver care through both fixed and motile strategies and pros/ide on-site training for læal staff, all while to preparedness and response efforts in humanitarian crisis

Technical Tasks:
Quality Care for Pregnant Women:
 Provide health edication to pregnant women,
     Prevent diseases and complications during pregnancies. childbirth. and postpartum,
     Detect diseases in pregnant women,
     Menage diseases occurring during pregnancy. Reduee mother.tc-chihd HIV transmission.

Position Requirements / QuaIificatlon:
• Active midwife or maternal care provider with at least 3 years of experience including in humanitarian setting
*osition Hierarchy:
• Technically reports to the health facility manager and d]ministratively b the District Health Officer where assigned.
