Main missions :• Provide personalized support to customers accurately and efficiently;• Inform customers about services and products;• Respond to complaints sent by customers;• Ensure the production of contracts for customers.Main activities :• Ensure follow-up of requests and files sent for processing;• Manage customer and agent complaints in a timely manner;• Ensure recording of customer needs;• Ensure subscriptions to insurance policies (automobile, traveland all other policies authorized to seize);• Trace the POOL TPV direct office files to be transmitted to the technical departmentevery end of the month.SKILLS :- Mastery of insurance techniques;- Production and quotations;- Good analytical skills;- Good communication skills;- Relational ease and dynamism;- Availability and serenity.Prerequisites:- Training: Minimum Bac+2 in Sales Management, Marketing orInsurance;- 02 years of minimum experience in a similar position;- Bilingual
