As part of the development of our Corporate Risk & Broking business in Cameroon, we are looking for an Account Manager to manage and develop a client portfolio while contributing to the acquisition of new accounts.
You will play a key role in business development, client retention, and promoting WTW solutions in your market.
Your main responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management and Development
Manage and develop a client portfolio entrusted to you by WTW.
Ensure a high level of service quality and contribute to client retention.
Understand client needs and propose solutions tailored to their challenges.
Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ business, organization, risks, and economic environment.
Identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and developing business relationships.
Business Development
Prospect and develop new business relationships.
Actively participate in acquiring new clients and developing new opportunities.
Prepare and conduct meetings with clients and prospects.
Develop reports, action plans, and sales proposals.
Ensure
customer information is up-to-date in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Contribute to monitoring sales activity and performance indicators.
Promote
WTW products and services tailored to client needs.

Perform any other assigned tasks within the scope of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
: Requirements:
Higher education in insurance, finance, management, business, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Sound knowledge of the insurance sector and risk management solutions.
Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in French and professional English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of the local and international economic environment.
