Main mission

The Data Analyst participates in the harmonization of strategic and operational performance indicators, reports and dashboards. He ensures that said elements are made available to stakeholders and users of the decision-making system and ensures the alignment of operational and strategic performance indicators in the reports while respecting the standards and procedures in force.

Main activities and tasks

Ensure the production of performance indicators (Key Performance Indicators – KPI) and results (Key Results Indicators – KRI) of the units;
Carry out reporting and analysis of data and performance indicators on Power BI; Automate dashboards, reports on metrics and performance indicators for use by the various stakeholders in the units of the company’s decision-making system (Top Management, Intermediate and Direct Managers, Controllers, Reporting Managers of the commercial, distribution, internal control, strategic planning, and financial management units, etc.); Participate in the implementation of a data warehouse for the operational activities of trade and distribution of electric energy (datamarts to produce dashboards and perform analyses); Participate in the production of monthly and annual activity reports on KPIs; Ensure the historical storage of data; Respond to various requests to provide reports to other units using the decision-making system;  Your Profile Minimum BAC + 5 in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields; Minimum 2 years of experience in the fields of business intelligence.  Technical skills Good command of dimensional data modeling, data integration and ETL practices; Good command of data analysis and manipulation; Good command of algorithms and statistics (regression, simulation, “scenario analysis”, “modeling”, “clustering”, “decision trees”, “neural networks”); Good command of database querying (Oracle, MS SQL Server, My SQL), regular expressions in SQL and stored procedures; Good knowledge of Microsoft’s “Business Intelligence” suite (Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, DQS, MDS, etc.) Good command of data mining; Good command of the Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio) Good knowledge of information presentation models (tables, Pivot Tables, graphics).  Major assets

Good knowledge of Windows operating system;
Good knowledge of programming in languages (Python, R, Java);
