• Education: Bac +4/5 in law, Banking-Finance, accounting, management or business school.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in management control, ideally in the microfinance sector.
• Technical skills:
o Mastery of management control tools.
o Ability to analyze complex financial data and extract relevant recommendations.
o Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
• Rigor and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and financial results presentation skills.
• Autonomy and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various departments of the company.
