Job Summary – Head of Personnel:
The Head of Personnel is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the base’s human resources and acts as a liaison with the Human Resources Department. The role oversees personnel administration, monitoring variable payroll elements, disciplinary procedures, and maintaining individual employee files. The responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and internal HR policies. This also encompasses HR reporting, monitoring social obligations (CNPS, workplace accidents, social security declarations), and fostering social dialogue with employee representatives and the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee (CHSCT). Finally, the position contributes to anticipating skills needs, managing staffing levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and social standards.
Required Degree, Skills, and
Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+4) in Human Resources Management/Management/Law
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management

• Mastery of the Cameroonian Labor Code and related texts
