Main Responsibilities:
– Recruitment and development of human resources
– Payroll processing supervision
– Administration and reporting
– Training and skills development of employees
– Management of relationships with social partners, the CNPS (National Social Security Fund), the occupational physician, etc.
Location: Douala – Headquarters
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
Gender: Male or Female.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field.
