Position: CIVIL ENGINEERING DESIGN ENGINEERS
PROFILE Required Education Level: Holder of a civil engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s level in Civil Engineering, Rural Engineering, Urban Planning, Industrial Engineering). Must have 3 years of general experience and 1 year of specific experience as a site manager.
MAIN MISSIONS: Ensure production operations
SKILLS Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction rules Mastery of specifications and project execution requirements for business activities, infrastructure and development, urban cleanliness, and waste management Ability to read and interpret work plans Ability to write technical production reports for the execution of activities Drafting of progress reports Adherence to project deadlines Ability to manage work teams Planning and implementation of defined work organizations
SOFT SKILLS: Organization and rigor; Analytical and synthesis skills; Listening skills and discipline
