As part of strengthening its digital infrastructure and developing its IT services, our client is looking for an IT Specialist / Systems and Network Administrator responsible for ensuring the management, maintenance, and evolution of computer systems and network infrastructure.
Salary = 100,000-105,000 XFA
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:
Systems and Network Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows / Linux)
- Administer the local network (switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
- Manage domain controllers and network services
- Ensure backup management and IT security
- Supervises network equipment (Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei or equivalent)
Technical Support
- Assist users (Level 1 and 2 support)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents
- Install and configure workstations and peripherals
Infrastructure and Projects
- Participate in the deployment of IT solutions
- Implement hosting and virtualization solutions
- Ensure monitoring and performance optimization
Required Skills
- Strong mastery of TCP/IP networks
- Switch and VLAN configuration
- Windows Server / Active Directory administration
- Virtualization knowledge (Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V)
- IT security and firewall fundamentals
- Wi-Fi management and network infrastructure
Additional Assets
- Experience in an educational or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of Huawei SmartAX or operator equipment
- Captive hotspot management
- VoIP/PABX knowledge
- WordPress or digital communication skills
Desired Profile
- Minimum Bac+2/3 in Computer Science, Networks, or equivalent
- Professional experience preferred
- Autonomy, rigor, and service-oriented mindset
