Main Missions:
1. Support for Internal and External Communication:
– Writing and dissemination of internal communications (memos, newsletters, etc.).
– Preparation of communication materials for internal events (Team building, meetings, etc.).
– Collaboration in the creation of content for external communication channels (website, social networks, press releases).

2. Social Media Management:
– Animation of the company’s social media accounts.
– Creation and publication of engaging content.
– Monitoring of the performance of publications and analysis of results.
3. Event Organization:
– Assistance in the organization of internal and external events (Team building, conferences, trade fairs, etc.).
– Logistics and operational coordination.
4. Monitoring of Marketing Projects:
– Assistance in the implementation of marketing campaigns.
– Monitoring of deadlines and budgets.
– Coordination with agencies and external service providers.
5. Competitive Intelligence and Market Research:
– Collection and analysis of information on competitors and market trends.
– Preparation of competitive intelligence reports.
6. Administrative Tasks:
– Management of marketing and communication documentation.

Profile:
– Education: Minimum Bac+3 in Marketing and Communication or any equivalent diploma.
– Place of residence: Douala.
Knowledge and Know-How:
– Knowledge of the company’s activities, businesses and its strategic orientations.
– Good knowledge of marketing.
– Ability to adapt and manage stress.
– Excellent interpersonal skills.
– Interest in the financial sector.
– Mastery of communication and animation tools.
– Mastery of IT tools (office pack, etc.)
Desired seniority: minimum 01 year in a similar position.
