Your main missions
Β· Contact prospects registered on our platform to present our offers to them.
Β· Understand customer needs and offer them the most suitable solution.
Β· Make sales by telephone and meet (or even exceed!) the set objectives.
Β· Ensure quality monitoring: relaunch, retain and develop the customer portfolio.
Β· Answer customer questions and handle complaints professionally.
Β· Maintain customer information, payments and feedback.
Β· Inform customers about SchoolGood news and promotions.
Desired profile
Β· β‘ Bac +1 minimum.
Β· β‘ Bilingual French / English imperative.
Β· β‘ At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales (call center, telesales or teleprospecting).
Β· β‘ Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business).
Β· β‘ Excellent oral and written communication.
Β· β‘ Commercial fiber, sense of negotiation and persuasion.
Β· β‘ Resilience in the face of stress and rejection: you love challenges!
