SchoolGood, the continent’s most innovative language learning platform, is seeking a motivated and passionate Telesales Representative to join our team in Cameroon.
Our mission: to help thousands of Africans master English through 100% online solutions.

Your main missions

·        Contact prospects registered on our platform to present our offers to them.

·        Understand customer needs and offer them the most suitable solution.

·        Make sales by telephone and meet (or even exceed!) the set objectives.

·        Ensure quality monitoring: relaunch, retain and develop the customer portfolio.

·        Answer customer questions and handle complaints professionally.

·        Maintain customer information, payments and feedback.

·        Inform customers about SchoolGood news and promotions.

Desired profile

·        ➡ Bac +1 minimum.

·        ➡ Bilingual French / English imperative.

·        ➡ At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales (call center, telesales or teleprospecting).

·        ➡ Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business).

·        ➡ Excellent oral and written communication.

·        ➡ Commercial fiber, sense of negotiation and persuasion.

·        ➡ Resilience in the face of stress and rejection: you love challenges!

·        ➡ Team spirit and positive attitude.
