MISSION Develop and manage IZIWAY’s product categories by identifying opportunities, researching and evaluating suppliers, analyzing offers and ensuring product availability in order to improve assortment and commercial performance.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Management or a related field
- Experience: Prior experience in sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, commerce or e-commerce is an asset
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze market needs and identify categories and products with potential
- Search, contact, qualify and evaluate suppliers
- Collect supplier information and compare offers, prices, quality and commercial terms
- Analyze the costs, profitability, and potential margin of the products
- Participate in negotiations and the development of supplier relationships
- Manage and develop product categories and assortment
- Update product availability, prices, and supply capabilities
- Identify disruptions, supply gaps, and development opportunities
- Contribute to the referencing of suppliers and products
- Collaborating with the Procurement, Catalog, Logistics, Sales and Finance teams
