MAIN DUTIES
• Provide in-person and telephone reception for clients;
Perform check-in and check-out procedures;
• and monitor
room occupancy
; Provide clients with the necessary information on the Motel’s services;
• Handle payments and administrative follow-up of stays; • Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction: • Handle client requests, complaints, and concerns professionally; • Ensure the transmission of information between the different Motel departments; • Participate in monitoring availability and optimizing occupancy rates ; • Promote the services and offers of the MFOUNDI MOTEL on various social media platforms; Participate in the creation of content (photos, videos, posts) showcasing the rooms, services, and events of the Motel; • Manage the establishment’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms ; Respond to requests and messages received via social media; • Contribute to improving the Motel’s visibility and brand awareness on digital platforms.
PROFILE: Hold at least a two-year technical degree (BTS) in Management or equivalent qualification; • Excellent customer service and reception skills ; • Professional appearance and excellent oral and written communication skills; • Comfortable using social media; • Proficient in standard computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.); • Demonstrated rigor, organization , and discretion; • Dynamic, friendly, and able to work under pressure; • Experience in hotel reception would be an asset.
