Management of requests / complaints in the context of compliance with the requirements of the import verification program and performance criteria in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade or related fields and hold a recognized diploma in the field;ΠΎ Good knowledge of import regulations in CameroonO Experience and good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management;O Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
