MISSIONS OF THE POSITION:
The KEY ACCOUNT CORPORATE will be responsible for:
Recruiting, developing, optimizing and managing, under the supervision of the
B2B Business Development Director, the assigned distribution channels in order to achieve the objectives set according to the
defined KPIs. MAIN ACTIVITIES Marketing of offers and/or products • Define and promote the offer, and carry out prospecting and loyalty actions; • Ensure the coordination and cooperation of the various internal stakeholders to guarantee the quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction; • Conduct commercial negotiations in close collaboration with internal teams; • Develop quotes and negotiate contracts, including framework contracts; • Guarantee the quality of the drafting of technical reports, costing, and contract preparation. Management and Development of the major account/key account portfolio • Participate in the development of commercial strategies; • Prospect for new SME customers, major accounts, HORECA and other distribution channels; • Build a personalized relationship with each customer and meet them on their site; • Ensure the implementation of B2B campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team; • Assess and report on your customers’ needs and requests; • Manage complaints and malfunctions; • Detect additional sales opportunities; • Track deliveries made by logistics; • Manage receivables from corporate customers/other channels. Analysis and Reporting • Report on commercial activities to your hierarchy; • Carry out campaign reviews; • Monitor customer data in IT systems and CRM; • Develop the Account business plan; • Establish sales targets and analyze gaps. Competitive intelligence • Analyze and monitor the company’s market to identify business development opportunities; • Monitor the market and analyze the customer portfolio. PROFILE Education and Professional Experience: Academic level: Bac+3/5 in Commerce/Marketing or Business Management. Language level: French (fluent) and English (fluent)
Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION – Ability to understand the specific needs of companies; – Ability to follow several files at the same time; – Mastery of prospecting and commercial negotiation techniques; – Mastery of sales techniques; – Knowledge of commercial offer writing techniques; – Knowledge of the company’s CRM tools; – Mastery of office tools, particularly Excel; – Knowledge of merchandising; – Knowledge of e-commerce and digital solutions; – Knowledge of managerial animation techniques – Mastery of project management techniques; – Good knowledge of the company’s business and/or sector of activity; – Resistance to stress and pressure; – Sense of organization and planning; – Results-oriented; – Ability to summarize, analyze and make decisions.
