Recruitment Country: Cameroon
  Education Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Social Law, Work Psychology or equivalent.
  5 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in an SME
  Personal qualities: organizational skills, rigor, discretion, listening skills, leadership, diplomacy and results orientation.
  Languages ​​Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
  Mastery of recruitment platforms in Africa is a key asset
Job Details:
Your main responsibilities 
  Manage personnel administration and ensure compliance (contracts, payroll, files, social obligations).
  Develop and manage HR policy (training, performance management and social climate).
