Able to work throughout the
national territory. Position based in Douala.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
• Ensure the management of cards, including ordering, distribution, and
transaction settlement.
• Actively participate in the implementation of the bank’s strategy regarding
customer onboarding to new digital solutions.
• Process third-party settlement operations (VISA/MasterCard/GIMAC, etc.).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the collection of bank revenues related to cards and digital products.
• Contribute to improving customer service by ensuring better management of
complaints and improved functionality of cards and digital solutions.
• Reduce or intercept internal fraud.
• Ensure continuity of service for card and digital product activities.
• Load prepaid cards and process card orders.
• Reprocess rejected transactions.
• Update the card order tracking file.
• Reconcile partner transactions daily.
• Reconcile/Proof accounts related to card activities and clear suspense accounts.
• Resolve customer complaints related to unsuccessful transactions in accordance with SLAs.
• Provide transaction statistics.
• Propose/initiate reviews of procedures related to card production, digital products, and
complaint management.
• Ensure the production of regulatory reports related to this activity.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

JOB PROFILE
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector, particularly with a good understanding of
digital products and electronic payments .
• Sound knowledge of current financial and banking regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpretation and problem-solving techniques. • Excellent knowledge of regulations governing banking transactions, foreign exchange
regulations , and domiciliation. • Higher education (Bachelor’s + 3/4 years) preferably in finance, management, accounting, marketing, or other related fields. Experience and Qualifications
