Job purpose

  • – Ensure the management of UBA’s infrastructures, logistics management for the country office
  • – Provide and ensure a conducive working environment for UBA staff.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • – Define the yearly orientation/strategy of the Department
  • – Coordinate all maintenance activities for all bank assets
  • – Ensure that there are existing SLAs with vendors to ensure the maintenance of Bank assets
  • – Coordinate the Procurement activities pan bank
  • – Oversee administrative functions of UBA Corporate Services thereby ensuring the provision of timely, efficient and cost effective support services
  • – Responsible for all issues concerning the bank’s equipment
  • – Follow up and coordinate all new contracts engaged by the bank and review all old contracts and ensure their objectivity with the bank activity
  • – Coordinate all logistics activities
  • – Coordinate the Vendor Management activity
  • – Coordinates the Fleet Management activity
  • – Coordinate all Protocol and Lodging activities
  • – Coordinate the Logistics for all the bank events and trainings
  • – Coordinate all the banks Security and Safety activity
  • – Follow up and ensure timely payment of all vendors
  • – Coordinates the Bank Assurance function
  • – Coordinate and ensure permanent availability of bank stationery and furniture
  • – Coordinate the purchase of all bank Capex and opex,
  • – Ensure the permanent adequacy of Corporate services activities with the bank policies, local regulations and UBA standards
  • – Follow up all the bank projects and Real estate activity

     Qualification requiredMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant disciplineExperience required
