MISSIONS
Ensure the codification and description of all items in its stores;
Ensure the replenishment of consumables and critical parts;
Receive and transfer items physically and on the JDE platform;
Ensure that all items in the store have a location;
Ensure that each item respects the location assigned to it.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Determine and plan the necessary inspection of the warehouse facilities, buildings, furniture and equipment to ensure an adequate area for the storage of spare parts;
Generate the correct identification of items according to the company’s equipment and spare parts coding system, while integrating a description in the local language as well as in the original languages of the manufacturers, in order to facilitate the purchasing processes;
Actively support major shutdowns and repairs;
Provide a weekly report on spare parts not used in accordance with forecasts;
Ensure inspection of all spare parts and coordinate with the relevant user, ensure clear identification and proper coding while ensuring storage in the right place in the warehouse;
Prepare all spare parts required for a shutdown or major repair by ensuring their availability in the right place and at the right time;
Develop and motivate your team, ensuring skills development according to technical innovations, feedback or personal needs;
Coach the team on specific warehousing knowledge and techniques;
Contribute to the optimization of the NWC by identifying critical parts and establishing optimal stock levels of spare parts;
Consider new techniques and/or technologies to optimize warehousing costs, improve the condition and logistics of spare parts.
Profile
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Bac+2 in Maintenance or training in Inventory Management or any equivalent diploma;
02 years of professional experience.
Technical Skills
Knowledge and training to operate pallet trucks, forklifts and other storage equipment;
Knowledge of customer and personal services;
Knowledge of asset coding and item description;
Knowledge of BI system;
In-depth knowledge of JDE, Maximo Mi7 or SAP
Knowledge of the cement manufacturing process;
Knowledge of equipment technology;
Mastery of problem-solving methods and tools (RCA, Risk Analysis, etc.).
