CONTEXT
Nachtigal Hydro Power Company (NHPC), in charge of the Nachtigal hydroelectric development, has established an academic and professional internship program open to young people from the districts of Batchenga, Mbandjock, Ntui, Obala, Sa’a and Ebebda in the following fields:
– Administration (Human Resources, Secretarial and Legal)
– Finance and Accounting
– Project Management / Quality Management
– Health – Safety
– Environment and Social
– Operations.
Academic internships are aimed at full-time higher education students who are required by their academic institutions to gain professional experience in order to obtain their degree.
Professional internships are also aimed at young people who are not necessarily enrolled in full-time studies and who wish to gain professional experience as part of their career development.
It is within this framework that, starting in October 2026, for its third year, NHPC is launching the recruitment of 10
academic and professional interns for a period of two months and during the following periods; November 1
to December 31, 2026, January 1 to February 28, 2027, March 1 to April 30, 2027, May 1 to June 30, 2027, and July 1 to August 31, 2027. During each period, NHPC will host two (2) interns. Each intern will receive personalized supervision and will be paid. At least 50% of the interns accepted each year will be women. Special attention will be
given to vulnerable individuals.
NHPC DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY FEES AT ANY STAGE OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS.
