Place of assignment: Douala
As part of the expansion of our structure in the city of Douala, we are looking for sales managers who will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building customer loyalty, exploring business prospects. purchases and sales for greater productivity in achieving. objectives, ensure the commercial image for better positioning on the market.
Main responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy
Set sales objectives and ensure their survival
Develop new commercial opportunities
Manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze commercial performance and propose improvements Coordinate sales activities with other company departments
Required skills
University degree in commerce, marketing or a related field Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and ability to build a team
Ability to develop and implement a commercial strategy
Good understanding market and customer needs
Master sales technique and customer relationship management Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
Experience
02 to 05 years minimum
