NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT OF AN ACCOUNTING SECRETARY – CARFAD

Recruitment notice
For the needs of its services, the African Center for Applied Forestry Research
and Development (CARFAD) is recruiting:
An Accounting Secretary
Nature of the contract and Duration: Fixed-Term Contract (CDD), one (01) year renewable.
1. POSITION DESCRIPTION
Main tasks:
– Reception and orientation of visitors;
– Mail management and classification of administrative and accounting documents;
– Physical and digital archiving of files;
– Monitoring administrative and accounting files;
– Reprography;
– preparation of financial reports;
– Perform any other task (related to the position) that will be requested.
2. PROFILE WANTED
– Hold a diploma of at least BAC + 1 in Secretarial or accounting
or any other equivalent diploma;
– Proof of experience in a similar position is an asset;
– Have skills in office IT (Excel, Word, Power Point) and in the
use of accounting software (proficiency in SAARI software is an asset);
– Be dynamic, creative, available, discreet and able to work under pressure.
3. WORKPLACE:
Yaoundé more precisely at the place called Total MELEN/St Antoine building.
