Job Description
MEDITECH PLUS is looking for an administrative secretary to support administrative operations, ensure public reception and manage communication on social networks.

Main Responsibilities
– Reception and orientation of visitors, students and partners
– Call management and internal coordination
– Drafting and archiving of documents
– Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite
– Creation of visual supports (posters, flyers, etc.)
– Logistics organization of events
– Monitoring of administrative files
– Animation of social networks according to the defined strategy
Required Skills
– Mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
– Knowledge of computer graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
– Excellent written and oral communication
– Mastery of professional social networks
– Attention to detail, discretion, rigor
Required Profile
– Minimum Baccalaureate diploma
– Training in secretarial work, communication or related field
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
– Sense of hospitality, autonomy, team spirit
– Neat presentation

– Contract: Permanent contract after trial period
