MISSIONS:
• Ensure the operation of the life insurance business software
• Respond to multiple user requests
• Transmit, at a defined frequency and in the desired format, data reporting to the Management
• Ensure technological monitoring
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the projects implemented
• Define IT needs in order to recommend solutions adapted to the structure (users, development projects, etc.).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bac + 3/4 in computer engineering or any other diploma deemed equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance, banking – finance field.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Knowledge of computer maintenance and network
• Knowledge of application development in PHP / MySQL
Mastery of the operation or administration of SQL Server / Oracle databases
• Knowledge of cloud environments, Azure, M365 would be an asset.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong responsiveness, sense of responsibility, great availability, listening skills, sense of pedagogy when it comes to assisting and training users, versatility and a high sense of organization.
