Management and development of information systems:
- Develop and integrate Odoo modules adapted to the needs of the company;
- Configure and customize existing features to optimize business processes;
- Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of information systems.
User training and support:
- Train users on IT tools and new features;
- Provide technical and functional support to internal teams;
- Write user guides and procedures to facilitate the adoption of tools.
IT park administration:
- Manage and maintain IT equipment (computers, servers, cameras, peripherals, etc.);
- Monitor the network and ensure its availability and security;
- Configure and administer servers and associated services.
Data security and backup:
- Implement data backup and restoration solutions;
- Ensure the security of information systems (firewalls, antivirus, access management, etc.);
- Meet compliance and data protection standards.
Monitoring GPS devices:
- Ensure the proper functioning of GPS devices on rolling stock;
- Analyze GPS data to optimize transport operations and control;
- Work with suppliers to resolve any malfunctions.
Technological monitoring and innovation:
- Carry out technological monitoring to identify trends and innovative solutions;
- Propose developments to improve information systems and business processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a BAC+3/5 in IT, information systems, or any other equivalent diploma;
- Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, with expertise in Odoo development/integration .
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
KNOW
- Proficiency in Odoo development and integration tools ;
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, XML, etc.);
- Understanding of data security and backup issues.
KNOW-HOW
- Ability to develop and configure Odoo modules ;
- Ability to train and assist users;
- Network and server administration skills;
- Proficiency in project management and documentation tools.
