Customer support and monitoring (Welcome and inform customers professionally; Regularly update customer files; Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty; Identify and anticipate customer needs to respond effectively.);
Customer portfolio management and monitoring (Prepare and build customer credit files; Support customers in building their files).
PROFILE
Hold at least a BTS in marketing, commerce, sales, management, banking, finance or related disciplines;
Have experience in sales or commercial;
Have a good command of French and English would be an asset.
