Tootree Cameroon, a local tech company, is seeking a
community manager intern for its new project. The successful candidate will work in Douala (Akwa) on two platform projects
in the areas of training and services.
Missions and Responsibilities
Digital Strategy
 Define and implement the digital communication strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives
 Develop a communication plan adapted to the different social platforms  Actively monitor digital trends and the brand’s e-reputation Community Management  Animate and moderate communities on all social networks  Manage interactions with the audience: respond to comments, messages and stimulate engagement  Handle sensitive situations and manage potential communication crises with professionalism  Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and customer services Content Production  Create and distribute multimedia content adapted to each platform  Write engaging publications with a storytelling approach  Produce graphic visuals and short videos  Optimize the SEO and SMO referencing of content  Technical Skills and Expertise Digital Skills  Mastery of platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok,  Knowledge of community management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)  Mastery of creative tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)  Understanding of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)  Operational skills  Management of advertising campaigns on social networks  Performance analysis and reporting  Technological and competitive monitoring  Influencer marketing Personal qualities  Excellent written and oral communication skills  Creativity and adaptability  Responsiveness and interpersonal skills  Capacity for analysis and continuous learning  Stress management and diplomacy  Curiosity for digital trends.
