Job title: HR and Payroll Administration Officer

Main mission: Assist the Head of Administration in the daily management of HR administration
and remuneration.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
1. Manage administrative activities
– Monitor health insurance consumption by family and category;
– Represent HR at the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (CSST) meetings; – Ensure the implementation of CSST recommendations and monitoring of the annual action plan; – Update the staff list monthly and send it to the team on the last day of the month; – Carry out annual workforce declarations in compliance with legal deadlines (no later than January 31 of year N+1); – Participate in the development of procedures. 2. Prepare payroll and remuneration elements – Create profiles for new recruits on the payroll application; – Open new recruit accounts in the system; ensure that account opening files are correctly completed and ensure account packaging; – Make salary simulation proposals (upon recruitment and during revaluations); – Collect variable-period remuneration elements (paid leave, new recruits, temporary staff, promotions, installation costs, separation allowance for schooling, departure, etc.); – Maintain a table monitoring permanent staffing levels based on weekly statements communicated by the agencies; – Collect permanent staffing levels no later than the 20th of each month and process the statements received, until the accounts of the staff made available are actually credited no later than the last day of the month; – Calculate the cost of monthly shifts to be paid to staff; – Prepare the processing of salary advances (check the availability of the quota, keep the monitoring table up to date) and submit to the N+1. 3. Carry out other administrative due diligence – Update the staff information in the system in the accounts: CIF, CIFIS, change in the account, etc., meet staff requests; – Carry out all entries on Flexcube (salary advances, notice pay, installation costs, etc.); – Change the account class of outgoing staff in collaboration with the Digital Bank;

– Ensure the execution of corrective actions of Audits.
4. Manage staff loans
– Receive requests, check the conformity of documents, monitor signatures and implementation within the
prescribed deadlines;
– Maintain a tracking table.
5. Manage relationships with external service providers
– Manage files related to the CNPS, the DGI, the Labor Inspectorate, the Labor Court and other
local authorities;
– Manage the elections of Staff Representatives.
6. Carry out reporting and dashboards
– Prepare periodic HR activity reports;
– Participate in the development of HR dashboards and indicators.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SKILLS
▪ Bac +3/4, Master in Law, Human Resources,
Social Sciences or any other related field;
▪ Minimum experience of two (2) years in a similar position
with very good knowledge of
the human resources management environment,
labor law, knowledge of
banking professions and services;
▪ Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.
