About the Position
As part of the development of its professional training and certification activities, our institution is seeking a Certification and Customized Training Manager responsible for coordinating, promoting, and managing certification programs as well as specialized training for students, professionals, and businesses.
Required Profile:
Education
– Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science, Networks and Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field.
Required Certifications:
– Hold at least one valid AWS certification from among the following:
– AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
– AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate –
AWS Certified Developer – Associate –
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate
or any higher-level AWS certification
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing training, certifications, or educational projects. Experience in a training center, university, or technological institute is an asset.
Required skills:
– Good knowledge of IT certification programs.
– Proficiency in office software and administrative management tools.
– Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Good written and oral communication skills in French; proficiency in English is an advantage.
