isiQuest is a rapidly growing startup specializing in the design of an innovative questionnaire management platform (surveys, 360° feedback, quizzes, isiTest, etc.).
Our mission: to reinvent feedback collection and analysis through high-performance, customizable, and secure digital solutions.
Your role
You will join a dynamic and passionate team to contribute to the development of the Laravel backend and the Next.js frontend, which together power our feedback platform.
You will participate in the implementation and evolution of our Laravel REST API, its integration with the React frontend, and real-time synchronization via Laravel WebSocket.
Technical Stack
* Backend: Laravel (REST API, Laravel WebSocket)
* Frontend: Next.js (React + Redux + next-i18next)
* Database: MySQL / MariaDB
* Testing: Pest / PHPUnit
* CI/CD: Git + automated deployment via Plesk
* Server: Plesk (hosting and deployment)
* Version control: Git / GitHub
Desired Profile
* Solid experience in Laravel development (RESTful API)
* Good JavaScript skills (React / Next.js)
* Mastery of best practices: Clean Architecture, Eloquent ORM, Repositories, Services, Policies
* Knowledge of API authentication and security mechanisms (JWT / Sanctum)
* Understanding of WebSockets and real-time communication
* Ability to work in an Agile team, with rigor and autonomy
* Attention to detail and a taste for clean and tested code
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Web Development
* Minimum 4 years Experience on a professional Laravel project
* Experience with Next.js / React is highly valued
