The Support Center for Integrated Participatory Local Development (CADEPI) is a national NGO whose mission is to promote dialogue and consultation between stakeholders for the sustainable management of Natural Resources (RN) and the improvement of social services in base (Water, health and education).

In an operational collaboration agreement concluded between CAPEDPI and Première Urgence Internationale for the implementation of the monitoring-assessments, humanitarian coordination and integrated response (RRM) project aimed at covering the basic needs of affected vulnerable populations (hosts, displaced persons and refugees). by the crises in the Far North regions of Cameroon. It is within this framework that he recruits:


> 01 Distribution Supervisor;
> 01 SERA
> 03 Multi-sector monitors
> 02 Civil documentation focal points.


2.1 Start date: April 15, 2024
2.2 Place of assignment: Maroua
2.3 Project duration: 12 months


    1 Qualification, skills and experience required     
     Hold a Bac + 3 at least for the Distribution and SERA supervisor, Bac + 2 at least for monitors and focal points in social sciences or other relevant fields; Have at least 3 years of professional experience
     Knowledge of animation techniques
     Awareness
     Distribution
     Evaluation / Diagnosis
     Communication / Representation
     Mastery of communication techniques;
     Ability to work effectively in a team;
     Ability to establish strong collaboration with local authorities; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts;
     Good knowledge of the Far North region;
     Ability to write technical reports;
     Ability to establish strong working relationships with colleagues from different cultures;
     Ability to work under pressure;
     Mandatory mastery of local languages;
     Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Kobo toolbox, QGIS;
     Perfect command, written and oral, of French and/or English,

3. Conditions of employment
3.1 — Type of contract:
The contract is of the private law type, full-time, of a fixed duration, entered into between the recruited person and CADEN.
3.2 — Duration of the contract
The duration of the contract is twelve (12) months, renewable.
3.3 The recruited person must arrange accommodation in Maroua.
4. Instructions for submitting applications
To be selected for the position, candidates must submit the following documents:
1. A cover letter (two pages maximum) addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CADEPI specifying the position in subject ;
2. A curriculum vitae (CV) (maximum five pages excluding publications, when relevant) detailing educational background, diplomas obtained, any professional experience in reverse chronological order, language skills and all other professional title (or certification). All supporting documents for the information contained in the CV must be produced (copies of diplomas, certificates or work and internship certificates, etc.) attached to the emails;
3. The names and contact details (telephone numbers and email addresses) of three professional references of hierarchical people who have worked with the candidate;
4. A medical certificate dated less than 3 months;
5. A copy of the required diploma.
