We are looking for Collection Agents to strengthen our sales teams.
YOUR MISSION:
– Prospect, raise awareness, and recruit new clients (individuals & small entrepreneurs)
– Present and sell our financial products: loans, savings, transfers, etc.
– Follow up and support clients on a daily basis
– Actively participate in achieving the agency’s objectives
REQUIRED PROFILE:
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong spirit of persuasion
You are mobile, dynamic, and results-oriented
Experience in sales or microfinance is a plus, but not mandatory
Maximum level: Baccalaureate or higher.
