YOUR MISSIONS: Provide first and second-level technical support to users (hardware, software, systems) Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment Manage local area networks (LAN, VLAN) and ensure proper connectivity Configure and administer routers, switches, and firewalls Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and problems Track tickets and document interventions Participate in the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and procedures
