The Onsite IT Support Intern will provide support for computer hardware, software and peripherals. Support with escalations for the resolution of desktop or laptop related incidents, service requests and connectivity issues.
Responsibilities
Supports with resolving and closing incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines.
Communicate with employees regarding incident progress. Support with the provision of digital solutions using MS PowerApps, PowerBI, etc. Assists in infrastructure setup & renovation projects at location including network devices, Lenel PACs, CCTV, Servers, PABX & Lync System etc Support in coordination of asset inventory and maintaining asset management. Complies with QHSE and IT policies. Support low risk IT projects at location. Experiences & Exposures Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field of study. A recent graduate 0-2 years post-graduation. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools. Ability to learn quickly and translate learning into practical solutions. Proficiency in English Location: Douala, Cameroon
